Mills Observatory Trip

On Wednesday 9th November, we’re off for a trip to Britain’s first purpose-built public observatory – the Mills in Dundee.

Arrival time is 7pm, by which time it will be dark, so we stand a great chance of looking through the various telescopes including the 16″ Newtonian.

The observatory is at Mills Observatory, Glamis Road, Balgay Park, Dundee, DD2 2UB. What3Words location here.

Admission is free for DB Astro members, with a suggested donation of £2 for non-members. For carpooling details, check this forum thread, and post if you either have, or need a spare seat.
