Here is a proposed Agenda for the inaugural AGM on Tuesday 15th January 2008.

Introduction

Constitution
(See here for details.)

Election of Committee
Committee posts are likely to be:

  • Chair
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Two Officers Without Portfolio

(assuming the Constitution is passed in its current form).
Please post nominations in reply to this thread. Before nominating someone for a post, it would be advisable to consult with them privately to confirm that they are willing to serve.

Opening of Club Account
(Banks and Building Societies normally require a minuted decision from an AGM to open an account.)

Subscription Levels
Proposed annual subscriptions are:

  • Student member £6
  • Full member £10
  • Family member £15
  • Senior member £6
  • Honorary member Free

AOB
Please post any other business items in reply to this thread. AOB items not notified in advance will not be excluded, but to ensure that they are properly discussed, please do post them far enough in advance to allow attendees to consider them before the meeting.
