my first attempt of taking photo's through the telescope.

Good first attempt, you've got some terminator detail. You should try using the unsharp mask filter in photoshop to sharpen the detail. I would also recommend practicing in daylight as this will help with framing objects in the eyepiece.

Good effort Raymondo,
I like the terminator detail you have imaged.
it would help a lot in understanding what you have achieved if you could post the details of the telescope, camera, and the configuration of the two you used to get these images. For example, did you simply point your digtal camera at the telescope eyepiece, or did you do something else?
These details can help us to maybe suggest how to improve what you are doing, to give you ever better results.
