Been testing the guiding over the weekend and moded canon. Results are great more to follow

Yep , the little one lol
Got also sessions with the Newtonian the guiding easy run 400s exposure with my 200mm F5 Newton so I went for just horse head and hart nebula. Still working with it

Where did you image this from by the way, up at the reservoirs in Glen Devon ?

From back garden :D I’m working with a picture of The Horse Head Nebula but tbh I struggle with it :idea:
I’m going to upload the current processing results here and I’ll try to explain what I mean.

So I've stacked 42 x 400s iso800 light plus dark/flat/bias. The detector is moded Canon, thx John. Telescope SW200/1000 Newtonian, Baader Mark-III Coma Corrector, CLS Light Pollution Filter.
Stretched the histogram, denoised and got something that I'm quite happy

Then I found that just by changing the colour tone a lot more details can be seen.

Not sure which way to go further LoL
It looks like the contrast is far better when the red it shifted towards blue
